UNLIMITED WASH CLUB TERMS & CONDITIONS

Unlimited Wash Club program fee will be automatically charged each month to customer's credit card on the same day of the month of the original purchase date.

• Membership may be cancelled using the Town Pump Express app. or by calling the Town Pump Express location. Please allow seven (7) days prior to the next billing date to prevent charge for the next month.

• There are no refunds for unused months.

• Unlimited Wash Club customers must contact Town Pump Express to give notification when any contact or billing information changes, including but not limited to: change of address, license plate number, email or credit card information. If your account deactivates, it will be reactivated at the current retail pricing.

• In the event Town Pump Express in unable to charge a customer's credit card due to card expiration, decline, or change in information, the customer's program will automatically be deactivated. Reactivation will be at current retail pricing.

• It is the customer's responsibility to provide and maintain a valid email address on file with Town Pump Express in order to receive any changes or updates to the terms and conditions for the Unlimited Wash Club membership.

• Unlimited Wash Club registration uses license plate recognition (LPR). Therefore, we will request all vehicle information including your license plate number.

• The Unlimited Wash Club program cannot be combined with any other programs or discounts including but not limited to pre-paid washes, vouchers, house accounts, and/or coupons. Does not apply to special event pricing.

• Town Pump Express reserves the right to close due to inclement weather, major holidays or equipment/electrical failure.

• Town Pump Express may increase monthly rates and will provide notice on site at least 15 days in advance.

• Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

• Unlimited Wash Club memberships are intended for a single vehicle only. Fraud will result in immediate termination of the Unlimited Wash Club membership with no refund of any remaining balance.

• By activating membership, I agree to a recurring monthly charge on my credit card for my Unlimited Wash Club membership.
